The new Ph.D. programme is a blueprint of the ongoing RCB Ph.D. programme but with significant novel content, while leveraging the academic and infrastructural strengths of RCB and the iBRICs.
This programme is expected to provide exposure to the scholars in areas of societal need to enable them to productively integrate into the professional biotechnology enterprise and create a transformative human resource pool that will shape the future.

Highlights

-Research immersion programme (field internship) in the broad areas of medical biotechnology, animal biotechnology, and agricultural biotechnology for three months.
-₹1.50 lakh per fellow to meet the costs associated with the immersion programme.
-Leadership Talks by eminent scientists & entrepreneurs & workshops on science communication & design thinking.
