The Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Facility is committed to advancing research by offering state-of-the-art NMR spectroscopy technology. Currently, the facility is equipped with a 400 MHz Bruker spectrometer, renowned for its exceptional capabilities in liquid-state applications. This high-performance instrument enables precise and reliable analysis, supporting various research areas. NMR spectroscopy is a powerful and versatile analytical technique recognized as one of the foremost methods for elucidating the structure of molecules at atomic resolution. It plays a pivotal role in studying the three-dimensional architecture of proteins, nucleic acids, and other complex biological molecules.
